Roda Fransis testifies

My name is Roda Fransis, I was born Kwamnere village of Handeni District of Tanga Region in 1981.Born in a family of 9 children of which 2 are girls and 7 boys.I studied until seventh grade from 1991 to 1998.My parents were financially incapable to let me continue with my studies, and like many girls in our village I ended up getting married at an early age.I read with a lot difficulties because even the basic requirements like school uniforms, shoes, books & etc were impossible for my parents to meet due to extreme poverty so it was not possible for me to join ip secondary school thereafter.
I started to get involved in farming in my parents' farms to support myself financially. After dropping out of school,I stayed with my parents for about a year. After which I got married in 1999 at the age of 18, I decided to get married because I didn't have a job to do and I thought it was best to get married and start a new life.

After I got married

After I got married we lived with my husband for a while and got pregnant. Six months later,I began to have very strong stomach pains and suffered severe pains that led to miscarriage and the baby dying inside my stomach. That incident hurt me to such an extreme degree, that it made me despair and I felt so unfortunate ,I felt like I had let my loving husband down as he was always saying how he was waiting for our first born with a lot of enthusiasm.

But we are grateful to our parents, relatives, and friends who took up the role of encouraging and comforting us until we returned to our normal routine and continued our lives.

A short time later I became pregnant. Before giving birth my husband suffered a very serious accident, a condition that caused him internal bleeding,we were told that a lot of blood leaked into his stomach. That day he left home to grind maize for food, so he went early enough, got there and was able to get to the maize grinded. It was about 12:30 pm when the crash occurred on his way back home as he was riding the bicycle he came face to face with a motorcycle ,he was badly hit and collapsed on the road and lost consciousness.

My husband was taken to Magunga hospital in Korogwe district of Tanga region. He was later transferred to the Muheza refferal Hospital in Tanga province for further treatment where he stayed in ICU for about two weeks, suffered severe head injuries and left shoulder was badly injured and broken. After treatment he regained his consciousness returned and he was allowed to return home. And all these events took place while I.myself was admitted with my pregnancy complications,I was devastated when I received the accident news as I was in the hospital waiting for my husband to return, I actually more than 60 km away.

Despite being treated he was still experiencing severe headaches and his left hand was paralyzed till to date, during the night he experiences severe dizziness, which resulted in him being unable to perform his duties and failure to provide for his family needs.

When I was informed of the accident I had to leave the hospital and return home. I went home ready to take care of my husband.I was unable to go back to hospital to continue with treatment because of difficult financial situation.

This problem has caused us to fail to reach our life goals and left me struggling to cater for our family all on my own, life during this period became very difficult for me because of my pregnancy that caused me multiple health complications.

After my husband came home and I had two patients at the same time,as his young sister was brought to us being very ill,so the situation became much worse.Glory be to God when the time came I delivered our first baby girl safely. To this day I am still overwhelmed with the burden of feeding our family and covering for other family needs due to my husband's inability to work.So I have had to carry all the responsibilities and so far we have been fortunate to have five (5) 1 sons and 4 daughters.

The devil knocked my door

By the year 2010 when I was pregnant with our fourth baby, one day when I was deep asleep at night I felt invaded by dark magical powers.I heard someone knock my door I woke up to go and check, and never saw who the person was ;now after that I suddenly fell down and lost consciousness and from that day on  I often lost consciousness and could hardly breathe and the whole body could tremble very hard and sneezed as a person who's epileptic that could go on for almost an hour. The situation lasted for three years. I experienced so much discomfort and suffering until I decided to convert and embraced Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior.

Accepting Jesus in my life

After a long struggle with no help, one day my sister inlaw came to visit, who was saved herself and was living a clean Christian life, she came and found me in a very terrible situation, and then she advised me to go to church to be prayed for. After that advice I shared this with my husband and told him that I wanted to be saved although I knew that the whole clan will disown us and discriminate us but thank God my husband didn't stop me, then I went to church and got saved and started prayer sessions for my myself to be delivered from the spirits that were haunting me and my whole family to be delivered .After very intensive prayers and fasting I thank God so much that he responded and healed me completely. So far I continue with Jesus and I have no plans to leave Him.

My advice to you

I would like to tell you dear brother and sister that even though you have faced many challenges or still facing problems in life even to the point of despair, there is still an answer for you,Jesus will restore you in his mighty name.Don't run to the traditional healers or witch doctors as they will only lead you astray and ruin your life. The right answer is Jesus, believing in Jesus and giving him your life will help you and deliver you from all sorts of demonics problems.

My call

I ask for your prayers . I also ask for help with my Husband in relation to his health so that he can receive more treatment and I also seek help for my children namely education.
